Quickly flex the muscle by squeezing and releasing it. You’re not actually squeezing it with your hands. The squeezing is the contraction of the muscle. Squeeze and hold for 3-5 seconds and then release. Rest for 3-5 seconds and then repeat the process. This process should be done 20 times a day, 3-4 days a week.
However, you should begin at a level where you feel most comfortable. If you feel like you can squeeze and hold longer, do so. There should be progression here as well. After doing the above exercise for a week or so, start doing it 40 times a day for 6-7 seconds, 3-4 days a week. From there, try doing it 60 times a day for 7-8 seconds, 3-4 days a week.
You should begin to notice improvements in the strength of your PC muscle within a couple weeks. Because you are strengthening this muscle, you should also begin to see improvement in your P.E. as well.
You will want to focus on your breathing during these exercises too. Try and keep a consistent, rhythmic breathing pattern. When you’re doing this exercise, exhale when you flex your PC and inhale when you relax it. This will make the workout more effective, and will translate into better lasting ability during sex.
